We do not focus on creating large collections that are limited to only one season, but small releases that are functional not only at the time of purchase, but also later when the season and weather are different.

DESIGNED FROM SCRATCH WITH SUSTAINABLE FABRICS

All of our garments are “made from scratch.” So it takes us about 3-5 weeks from the first sketch to the first finished sample. Then 60 pieces per style are produced with care in 6-8 weeks to avoid wastage and reduce production of excess material. Therefore, all printed garments will be slightly different from the position of the print, to use as much of the fabric as possible.

We are proud to partner with a textile factory in India to produce our garments. This factory is home to a talented group of amazing people with years of experience and a genuine passion for their craft. They work passionately to create beautiful garments and give us the opportunity to produce in small quantities, embracing the essence of ‘slow fashion’ production. We maintain a fluent communication with our manufacturing team, engaging in daily updates on new fabrics, techniques, and the development of our garments. We truly appreciate their exceptional work ethic and commitment to bringing Vernice’s vision to life, creating together productions of unique garments.

Vernice is the Founder of Sixty By V and in her art and design studio in Norwalk, CT. she oversees all of Sixty By V activities, from creating the art, garment design, to photography, editing, web design, customer service, marketing and more.
