Processing Time

Limited Edition Live Launch orders are processed within 5 business days or sooner. All other orders are made-to-order with a 2-3 weeks manufacturing process depending on the volume of orders. The SixtyByV Collection processes all orders using the United States Postal Service USPS & UPS. Priority /Free Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekends, holidays will be processed the next business day.

Address Verification

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a SixtyByV credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from SixtyByV, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If within the continental US, Priority and Free Shipping is 7 to 10 Business Days. Your order should be received within 7 to 10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

Overnight & Express Shipping within US.

Time-frame is 3 to 4 business days. If your order is placed Monday – Thursday by 10 AM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2- day area.

If you are purchasing a MADE TO ORDER piece, please read all of the details of your MTO purchase. It will be clearly stated in caps within the product description.

MTO Pieces requires a processing time of up to 14- 21 days plus selected shipping time.  

International shipments do at times have Import Duties and Taxes according to your country’s import tax policies. This is something that we have no control over and you will be required to pay. If you do not pay these taxes, your items may be destroyed and you will still be liable for these payments.
