In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back (in original condition with tags included) for Sixty Credit or Exchange of the same dollar value within five days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds. 

To request a return label, please email your us directly or send a general request to hello@SixtyByV.com  Upon receipt of your return, your account will automatically be credited. In order to access your credit, contact your us directly before placing your next order. 

Custom Orders are not Refundable for credit or exchanges.
